This role is ideal for a customer-focused Rollout Technician based in Frankfurt am Main, specializing in providing essential 1st-Level IT support and device management. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting users both in the TechLounge and during floorwalks, managing and resolving issues using ticketing systems like ServiceNow (SNOW), and documenting errors for 2nd Level escalation. You will handle hardware support across Windows (Notebooks, Convertibles), macOS (MacBooks), and iOS (iPhones/iPads), including BYOD setups. Key qualifications include strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Bitlocker, Active Directory, and Virtual Desktops (Citrix). The position requires fluency in both German and English to support a diverse user base, along with excellent communication and a solution-oriented approach, making it a pivotal role in maintaining smooth IT operations.
