Job Summary

This role involves supporting a long-term IT infrastructure project in a data center environment in Frankfurt am Main. The Rollout Technician will be responsible for the physical installation, removal, and relocation of various hardware components, including servers and network equipment from multiple manufacturers. Key daily tasks include performing cabling work according to specifications, meticulously documenting all work steps using customer tools, preparing and processing IT tickets, and providing expert support to external technicians. The ideal candidate must possess an IT qualification or significant practical experience in IT, strong knowledge of data center cabling and hardware handling, and routine experience with ticketing systems. The position requires structured, precise work, basic networking knowledge, and proficiency in both German and English, offering a stable, full-time opportunity.
