Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join an international IT service provider, acting as the first point of contact for technical assistance in a "Techlounge" setting. Day-to-day, you'll provide 1st level support for hardware like Windows notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads, as well as operating systems (Windows 10, macOS, iOS/iPadOS) and standard software (MS Office, Citrix VDI). Key responsibilities include logging and maintaining tickets, assisting with software installations, managing loaner devices, and escalating complex issues to 2nd level support. The position offers a dynamic environment, opportunities for professional development, and a chance to work with a diverse range of users, making it ideal for someone with a service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills in both German and English.
