Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in onsite support, based in Munich. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting various hardware, including printers, for both Windows and MacOS devices. Key tasks involve creating IT documentation within a ticketing system, managing user accounts by resetting passwords and unlocking accounts, and addressing IT incidents received via in-person, phone, or email channels. You'll analyze reported errors and ensure their resolution. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT vocational training or equivalent qualification, possess knowledge of Active Directory, and be experienced with Microsoft operating systems and hardware.
