Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in on-site support for client environments of well-known industrial companies across Germany. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for capturing and processing customer inquiries, documenting all activities, operating client systems and applications directly at customer locations, and providing 2nd level support for iOS devices, network infrastructure, and telecommunication components. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT-related education or practical experience, good user knowledge of Office 365 and Windows 10, and initial professional experience in user support.
