Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Computer Science or Business Informatics student looking to gain practical experience in IT service and sales. You'll be instrumental in providing first-level support, including the installation, setup, repair, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for private and business clients, primarily in the workshop or remotely, but occasionally on-site. Beyond technical tasks, you'll contribute to sales, managing order intake, nurturing existing customer relationships, and acquiring new clients, as well as advising customers on hardware and software.
