Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged IT Administrator and Service Technician to provide high-quality IT support to private and business customers, primarily on a mini-job basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, setup, repair, and maintenance of technical infrastructure, both remotely, in the workshop, and occasionally on-site. Key tasks include providing First-Level Support, troubleshooting and repairing PCs, and managing Windows client and server systems and networks. A background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent technical training is required, along with strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach. The position also involves customer consultation regarding hardware and software, order acceptance, and contributing to new customer acquisition and existing customer care.
