Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Support Technician/Administrator to join a highly-rated regional IT service provider, focusing on delivering first-class support to private and business customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, setup, repair, and maintenance of technical infrastructure, primarily handled remotely or in the workshop, but occasionally requiring on-site visits. The technician will also be involved in sales support, including order intake, maintaining existing customer relationships, and acquiring new clients, while advising on hardware and software solutions. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in IT (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent) and strong expertise in managing Windows client and server systems and networks, alongside solid PC troubleshooting and repair skills.
