Job Summary
This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional ready to serve as the primary point of contact for customer IT issues, providing competent and friendly support across First and Second-Level tiers. The core responsibilities involve structured service request processing using a ticketing system, alongside the hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of technical infrastructures, both remotely and on-site. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with practical experience supporting hardware, software, and operating systems. Proficiency in network technology and Microsoft standard applications is essential. Required Skills
Education
