Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be the primary technical contact for national and international support inquiries, handling them in person, over the phone, or via email. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing user requests, from initial inquiry and error analysis to developing and implementing solutions. You will also be involved in client installation and administration, conducting user training, and collaborating with various departments. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Service, specifically in support roles
- Experience with smaller project responsibilities
