Job Summary

This role is for an IMAC Technician based in Hamburg, working with a nationwide service provider. You will be responsible for providing 2nd level on-site support and field service, specifically focusing on IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for end-user devices such as notebooks, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. A key part of your day-to-day will involve supporting Windows 7 and 10 environments, managing mobile devices, installing applications, and creating data backups. You'll also offer smart hand support for server and network issues and assist users with various technical problems.
