Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive management of road and cycle path construction projects for the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport in Osnabrück. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing tender documents for earthwork and road construction, overseeing awarded contracts, managing supplementary offers, and monitoring warranty claims. The successful candidate will also provide guidance to contractors on construction sites and technically instruct construction supervision personnel, including external engineering firms. Required Skills
Education
• Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing.-FH / Bachelor) in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification (Construction Technology, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Construction, Transport Engineering)
Experience
- Professional experience in road and cycle path construction (advantageous)
- Knowledge and experience in the specified task area (advantageous)
