Job Summary

This is a permanent, full-time position within the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport (NLStBV) in Osnabrück, focusing on the E233 special project area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing complex road and earthwork construction projects. Key day-to-day tasks include handling awarded contracts, processing supplementary and additional offers, overseeing and pursuing warranty claims, and preparing detailed tender documents for challenging construction measures. Additionally, the role involves evaluating bids, formulating award proposals, and drafting agreements, cost-sharing, and settlement calculations. This position requires a degree in Civil or Traffic Engineering and strong proficiency in German (C1 level).
