You'll be instrumental in providing 1st and 2nd Level onsite support, addressing both hardware and software inquiries. Key responsibilities include managing tickets, deploying and configuring PCs, laptops, and tablets, setting up IT workstations, performing software installations, and troubleshooting common hardware/software issues. This position offers a stable project assignment within a leading IT service provider, supporting large enterprises and public clients in their digital transformation, all within a structured environment with clear processes and enterprise-level digital infrastructure.
