Job Summary
As a Building Management Technician, you will be a central figure in overseeing and optimizing technical building systems at the Berlin location. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing and enhancing technical building management (TGM) processes, coordinating minor construction projects and service provider deployments, and overseeing various contractors. You will also be responsible for creating tender documents and supporting the selection of external companies. This role requires a strong technical understanding, organizational skills, and a service-oriented approach to ensure the flawless operation of all building services. You will operate building control technology and maintain building information systems, contributing to the efficiency and performance of the facilities.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or State-certified Technician/Master in Technical Building Management/Technical Building Equipment (TGM/TGA) or Electrical Engineering/Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology (MSR)
Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge in the operation of supply-side technical systems
- Experience in service provider management
