Job Summary

This role involves serving as the central point for the technical support and optimization of building systems within the Real Estate & Solutions Team in Berlin. The Building Management Technician will manage and optimize Technical Building Management (TGM) processes and complex building services, ensuring all house technology functions flawlessly. Day-to-day tasks include planning, commissioning, and steering minor construction projects and external service provider deployments across Berlin and its branch offices. Key responsibilities also encompass coordinating service providers, conducting performance acceptance checks, controlling budgets, and managing tender documentation for external contracts. Candidates must possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Technical Building Management or a related engineering field, comprehensive knowledge of utility systems, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering Sciences or certified Technician/Master Craftsman in Technical Building Management/Technical Building Services (TGM/TGA) or Electrical Engineering/Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology (MSR)
