Job Summary
As the Head of Manufacturing, Science & Technology (MS&T), you will lead a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, playing a pivotal role in shaping, overseeing, and continuously improving robust and efficient production processes. Your primary objective will be to ensure the highest quality, maximum efficiency, and full compliance with regulatory requirements, thereby significantly contributing to the company's competitiveness and innovation. This senior leadership position involves strategic oversight, driving technology transfers, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring cGMP compliance. You will also be responsible for implementing new technologies, conducting root cause analyses, and providing sustainable solutions for deviations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in process development, quality management, and team leadership within a cGMP-regulated biotechnology or clinical production environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in technology transfers, process optimization, and quality management
- Proven success in creating and reviewing regulatory submissions, especially for Manufacturing & Process Development sections
- Extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in a demanding, dynamic environment
