SHE Manager DACH | Biologe (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves managing Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) compliance across multiple sites in Germany and Austria (DACH region). The SHE Manager will be responsible for monitoring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including creating risk assessments and operating instructions for hazardous substances and equipment. Key daily tasks include serving as the direct contact for all employees regarding SHE topics like waste management, biosafety, fire protection, and accident prevention. The manager will advise on building and maintaining the integrated management system (ISO 45001, 14001, 50001), define KPIs for continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with corporate goals and CSR reporting. This position requires a degree in a scientific or technical field (Biology, Chemistry, etc.), strong organizational skills, and a willingness to travel to different locations several times a month. The initial contract is fixed-term for two years.
