Job Summary

As a Recruiter for LVR-Verbund für WohnenPlusLeben, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and nurturing new talent. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruiting process for your assigned area, actively shaping the recruitment strategy, guiding applicants through all stages, and ensuring sustainable talent acquisition. You will also be responsible for recruiting trainees and supporting departments in finding new colleagues, as well as maintaining the applicant management system. This role involves active participation in HR projects, contributing to the development of the organization's expertise and employer brand.
