Job Summary
This role involves supporting and further developing the specialized 'AnLei' application system, acting as a crucial interface between IT and departmental users within the LVR's Department for Children, Youth, and Family in Cologne. Day-to-day tasks include system administration, translating complex functional user requirements into technical program functionalities, ensuring quality assurance through testing procedures, and generating reports/evaluations using AnLei, SAP, and WinCube. The specialist will also be responsible for creating work instructions, conducting training sessions, ensuring automated billing processes run smoothly, and participating in IT development projects. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or FH Diploma in Administrative Sciences, Economics, Administrative Informatics, or Business Informatics with a focus on Economics; OR completion of Administrative Course II
Experience
- Ideally, at least 2 years of professional experience using the IT systems AnLei (especially billing tools), SAP, and WinCube
- Professional experience in setting priorities and organizing tasks efficiently
- Professional experience in recognizing problems and jointly developing solutions
- Experience and knowledge in the field of integration assistance services

- Location in Cologne; Position is part-time (up to 19.50 hours/week); Contract is temporary for the duration of parental leave replacement, lasting until September 5, 2027
