Job Summary

This role involves leading technically complex and demanding construction projects focused on electrical and telecommunications engineering within existing structures and ongoing operations. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction, from planning and cost estimation to quality assurance, commissioning, and handover. This includes coordinating all parties involved in technical building equipment (TGA-E) and ensuring compliance with high security requirements for a federal authority. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, a strong understanding of relevant construction regulations (HOAI, VOB, VgV, VHB, DIN, BauO Bln, RBBau, AMEV, VDI), and excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
