Job Summary

This IT Technician role involves providing essential onsite and remote support for IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include performing IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) activities, configuring and installing PCs, notebooks, and printers, and managing PC deliveries and Windows 10 imaging. The technician will also be responsible for workstation cabling and setup, executing office moves and rollouts, and documenting all tasks in a ticketing system. A significant part of the role is providing 1st Level Onsite and telephone support to users for client-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT-related vocational training, strong hardware and software knowledge, experience with common operating systems, and proficiency in ticketing systems.
