Job Summary

This role involves executing software component and overall software tests for safety-critical control unit software, adhering strictly to standards like EN 50128 and EN 50657 (SIL ≥ 1). The successful candidate will be responsible for specifying test procedures, ensuring tests meet requirements, and meticulously documenting results, including error tracking, test status, and progress. This position requires a background in embedded systems and hardware-near software development, coupled with expertise in various testing methodologies, test automation, and specific programming skills in Python and C++. The ideal candidate holds an ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification or higher, and will contribute actively to the continuous improvement of testing processes within a major electronics group.
