Job Summary

As an IT Dispatcher, you will be the central point for coordinating and planning the assignments of IT technicians, ensuring they are at the right place at the right time. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing ongoing orders, optimizing technician deployment to meet customer needs, and acting as the primary interface between clients and technicians for scheduling and issue resolution. You will also be responsible for maintaining order and assignment data within the ticket system (TANSS) and contributing ideas to continuously improve dispatch processes. This role is ideal for an organized, solution-oriented individual with experience in dispatch or deployment planning, preferably with a technical understanding of IT environments, who thrives in a team-oriented yet autonomous work setting.
