Job Summary

The Network Technician will join an innovative IT systems house, NEXTWERK, specializing in tailored IT solutions, focusing on building, maintaining, and optimizing modern network infrastructures. Daily responsibilities include planning, implementing, and troubleshooting networks, performing security audits, addressing vulnerabilities, and strengthening client IT resilience through risk management and developing disaster recovery plans. The ideal candidate is a network enthusiast with deep expertise in modern network technologies (OSI, TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching), firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems. Success in this role requires strong technical skills, experience with monitoring tools like SNMP and DNS, and a proactive, hands-on, and highly reliable approach to problem-solving, coupled with clear and honest communication within the team.
