Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing 2nd Level client support directly at a modern research and development facility in Cologne. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware (notebooks, desktops, monitors, accessories) and software, ensuring the smooth operation of the digital infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include providing remote and on-site support to users, managing standard applications, documenting work in a ticketing system, and contributing to 1st Level network support and IT projects.
