This role involves the management and development of ion chromatography and measurement procedures for determining sum parameters (AOX, TOC, DOC, TNb) within the inorganic and general instrumental analysis field. The successful candidate will be responsible for method development and validation, quality assurance, result approval in the lab data system, and coordinating daily routine analysis. They will also handle sample registration for forest environmental monitoring and participate in standardization work. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor or FH-Diplom) in Chemistry or a comparable, suitable scientific field, or qualification for the higher technical service (Laufbahngruppe 2, erstes Einstiegsamt since 01.07.2016).

Experience

  • Proven experience in inorganic water analysis, specifically in the instrumental determination of sum parameters (AOX, TOC, DOC, TNb)
  • Experience in ion chromatography (advantageous)
  • Experience in validation and/or method development (advantageous)
  • Professional experience in a related scientific field
