Job Summary

As a Strategic Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the company by supporting the executive board in strategic development and driving the creation of future visions and innovative ideas. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing market and megatrends to derive strategic recommendations, developing strategies to expand value chains, and evaluating the product portfolio for new capabilities and safety aspects. You will also identify SVHC candidates, develop alternatives, and conceptualize measures for CO₂ avoidance.
