Job Summary
This is a pivotal Chief Engineer role responsible for the entire technical direction and execution of all projects within the dedicated Boeing Business Unit. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Business Unit Manager, taking overall technical accountability, defining system architecture, and setting the technical solution strategy. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating interdisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, schedule, and risk requirements, and managing the full lifecycle from requirements management and system design through to verification and validation. This position requires preparing and leading technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and driving continuous improvement in engineering processes and standards. Ideal candidates possess over 10 years of relevant professional experience, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, and strong analytical, conceptual, and decision-making skills.
