The manager will analyze and enhance HR processes using IT solutions, provide technical support to the HR department, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and conduct user training. Candidates should possess a degree in IT Management or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in a similar HR-IT interface capacity, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and HR processes.
