Job Summary
This role is ideal for a professional passionate about innovation and technology, focusing on bridging the gap between Human Resources and IT systems. The HR-IT Interface Manager will be responsible for the administration and optimization of critical HR-IT platforms, including SuccessFactors, Atoss, and Ingentis org.manager. Key daily tasks involve implementing new features, ensuring seamless system integration—especially with SAP ERP and SAP HCM—and managing technical interfaces. The manager will analyze and enhance HR processes using IT solutions, provide technical support to the HR department, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and conduct user training. Candidates should possess a degree in IT Management or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in a similar HR-IT interface capacity, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and HR processes.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Informatics, IT Management, Human Resources Management, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in an interface function between HR and IT
- Professional experience with relevant HR-IT systems like SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with Atoss, Ingentis org.manager, or SAP HCM is advantageous
- Professional experience in Project Management
