Join a dedicated team as an Onsite IT Technician, playing a crucial role in maintaining high-availability data center environments. You will be responsible for critical operational tasks in a 24/7 setting, including performing patching work, establishing network and power cabling (fiber and copper) in server rooms, and processing a high volume of monthly patching tasks. The role also involves handling standard service requests, providing VIP and event support, managing RSA tokens, and overseeing warehouse operations. This position requires strong network knowledge, a service-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to work shifts and travel occasionally to nationwide branch offices, ensuring seamless IT infrastructure operations.
