Job Summary

This Junior Technician role involves crucial IT infrastructure support for a leading global IT service provider. Day-to-day tasks include installing, configuring, and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities on PCs, notebooks, and printers. The role also encompasses setting up and cabling workstations, executing rollouts and office relocations, and providing both onsite and 1st-level telephone support to users. A key part of the job is meticulous documentation of work steps in a ticketing system, maintaining checklists, and managing asset data, alongside PC deliveries and Windows 10 imaging.
