Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional specializing in onsite support and hardware management within a large enterprise setting. As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing daily onsite support, executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, and managing the setup, teardown, and relocation of IT workstations. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving IT faults directly at the user's location, installing and securely wiping notebooks, and meticulously documenting all service requests within a ticketing system. The position requires strong proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Office 365, along with experience handling standard IT hardware. Excellent German language skills (C1 or native level) are mandatory for effective communication and documentation in this customer-facing role, which supports a leading, independent IT infrastructure service provider.
