This role involves acting as a Senior IT Technician within the User Help Desk, primarily supporting the Data Center infrastructure for the German Pension Insurance (Deutsche Rentenversicherung). Day-to-day responsibilities include taking and processing support calls, performing Incident Management—including prioritization, analysis, and tracking of disruptions—and meticulously documenting all incidents and solutions within the designated ITSM system.
