Job Summary

As an Inhouse IT Supporter, you will be a key part of the 1st Level Support team, documenting support cases and solutions, and managing client installations for Windows and macOS systems. Your responsibilities will include patch management for VM images, coordinating service orders with vendor support, and setting up workstations. You'll play a crucial role in employee onboarding and offboarding, provide training to new staff, and maintain end-user documentation. This position also involves hardware and software procurement, inventory management, and account creation in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. You will administer Exchange, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and the telecommunications system, as well as manage users and roles in Atlassian applications. Required Skills

Education
