Job Summary

As a Professional Services Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting dental practices with their digital transformation using solutio's innovative software. Your daily tasks will involve managing IT service requests from acceptance to resolution, prioritizing, classifying, and documenting each inquiry, including error analysis and sustainable problem-solving. You'll communicate professionally and competently with customers via phone, email, and a ticketing system, ensuring high-quality support and maintaining the internal knowledge base. This role requires a solution-oriented individual with a strong technical background in IT systems, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of documentation and knowledge articles, playing a key role in ensuring efficient and user-friendly software implementation for clients.
