This crucial role involves providing dedicated 1st Level IT support within an innovative dental software manufacturer, driving digital transformation efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on maintaining high availability of IT solutions by documenting support cases, provisioning and patching standardized client systems (Windows and macOS), and coordinating service requests with external vendors. The specialist will actively manage employee lifecycle processes, including hardware/software procurement, workstation setup, and smooth on/offboarding. Key technical tasks include administering user accounts within Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, alongside managing Atlassian application users.
