Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Generative AI Engineer to join the IT - BI, AI & Data department at Schwarz IT, which manages the digital infrastructure and software solutions for the entire Schwarz Group. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing innovative AI products, specifically focusing on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic Workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs). Day-to-day tasks include deploying advanced LLMs to simplify complex problems and collaborating with various business units across the Schwarz Group to develop new AI use cases. This position offers the opportunity to work autonomously on challenging AI projects, leveraging Python and modern AI frameworks to create impactful and sustainable solutions.
