Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive administration, maintenance, and continuous development of an existing Citrix infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment, including setting up and managing Machine Creation Services (MCS) for automated desktop provisioning in DaaS. Key responsibilities also include planning and executing system updates, patches, and upgrades, as well as proactive monitoring with Citrix Director.
