Job Summary

This role involves the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of an existing Citrix infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment. Key responsibilities include setting up and managing Machine Creation Services (MCS) for automated desktop provisioning in DaaS, planning and executing system updates, and proactive monitoring using Citrix Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, extensive experience with Citrix solutions, VDI, and MCS, alongside proficiency in Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
