Job Summary

This role involves the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of an existing Citrix infrastructure, focusing on ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment. Key responsibilities include setting up and managing Machine Creation Services (MCS) for automated desktop provisioning in DaaS, as well as planning and executing system updates, patches, and upgrades. The ideal candidate will monitor systems proactively using Citrix Director, collaborate with IT security and network teams, and create technical documentation.
