Job Summary

This role involves the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of an existing Citrix infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment. Key responsibilities include setting up and managing Machine Creation Services (MCS) for automated desktop provisioning in DaaS, as well as planning and executing system updates and patches. The successful candidate will collaborate with IT Security, network, and server teams to maintain a stable and secure operation, create technical documentation, and support IT projects.
