The specialist will be an integral part of the Operational Quality Assurance team, working closely with production for PCR-based assays used primarily for detecting onco-hematological biomarkers. Key responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance for production transfer projects, creating and approving manufacturing and testing specifications, and evaluating production documentation. The role also involves analyzing deviations, product defects, complaints, and change requests, as well as conducting root cause analyses for quality issues.
