Job Summary

This role is for a Biological Technical Assistant joining the Quality Control team in Hilden (near Düsseldorf) on a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2026, covering parental leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of raw materials, semi-finished products, and kits according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key duties include performing molecular biological product testing following ISO and GMP guidelines, preparing and analyzing nucleic acids from various samples using both manual and automated methods, and executing qPCR. The role requires meticulous documentation, evaluation, and reporting of test results, along with active participation in the smooth operation and maintenance of the laboratory. Ideal candidates will have a background as a BTA or equivalent, practical experience in molecular biology, and a strong quality awareness.
