The In-House Service Technician will manage the entire repair workflow, from goods receipt to dispatch, ensuring compliance with strict internal quality management guidelines and customer-specific work instructions. A key focus is maintaining high customer satisfaction by tracking service goals and key performance indicators. Candidates should possess a technical qualification in fields such as medical technology, electronics, or mechatronics, coupled with at least three years of experience in service support or after-sales service, preferably involving medical devices. Required Skills

Education

Experience
