Job Summary

This role is for a Biologist or Bioscientist to join the Bavarian State Office for the Environment in Augsburg, focusing on a critical project to investigate endocrine effects in groundwater. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and conducting test procedures, specifically establishing and validating a biological assay (ER-CALUX®-Assay) to detect estrogenic effects. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating methods and measurement results, collecting data from environmental samples, and preparing reports and presentations. The position requires a university degree in Biology or Bioscience, professional experience in biological environmental analytics, and strong communication skills.
