Job Summary

This role involves contributing to cutting-edge cancer research by developing cellular immunotherapies, specifically focusing on T-cell modification and expansion for patient application. Day-to-day tasks include isolating and culturing primary T-cells, modifying them using electroporation or viral transduction, and analyzing them via flow cytometry. A key aspect is performing quality controls, establishing and optimizing cell production processes, and meticulously documenting all procedures. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Technical Assistant or Biology Laboratory Technician, with practical experience in cell culture and a strong understanding of working within a regulated environment like GMP.
