Day-to-day, you will provide 2nd Level Client Support and 1st Level Network Support, including setting up and installing Windows and Linux clients, deploying hardware like notebooks and desktop PCs, and installing/configuring software. You'll also troubleshoot software issues and provide user support both on-site and remotely, meticulously documenting all activities in a ticketing system. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in 2nd Level Client Support or 1st Level Network Support
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of Linux environments (Ubuntu and/or RedHat) is ideal
