This role involves providing essential IT support and project assistance for a leading German IT service provider, focusing on the banking sector. Day-to-day tasks include supporting IT projects, particularly hardware rollouts, ensuring operational stability within a diverse system landscape, and setting up and dismantling IT hardware. A key responsibility is troubleshooting and resolving issues as part of 1st and 2nd level support, both remotely and directly on-site, as well as maintaining asset data.
