This role is for an IT Service Desk Specialist to join a leading IT service provider in Germany, supporting over 600,000 IT workstations globally. The successful candidate will be a key part of the Service Desk team, coordinating activities and ensuring a stable, customer-friendly 1st-level support experience. Day-to-day tasks include structuring team processes, contributing to the technical development of team members, and direct communication with clients while coordinating with other delivery units. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in end-user support, particularly 1st-level, and excellent command of MS Office tools and ticketing systems.
